The practice was formed in 1995 and began with Randolph working as a sole practitioner in offices on Glen Osmond Road and started out as Randolf Alwis & Co Pty Ltd. In 2015, Randolf's two daughters, Rajita and Suranie, joined the practice full time as partners. In 2017 the practice was re-named Alwis & Alwis.
Rajita and Suranie have worked in both the corporate world and practice and also have experience in managing the family's own businesses and investments
